Full price items

Full price items purchased on auramaison.com.au can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been worn or damaged
  • The item is in its original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation email or order number)
  • The item is not a Final Sale item

Sale items

Sale items can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for an exchange only (no refund), provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been worn or damaged
  • The item is in its original condition with tags attached

Faulty items

If an item you received has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with a description and clear photographs of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Aura de Maison.

How to lodge a return

  1. Email us at aurademaison.support@gmail.com with the subject line: Return request – [Order number]
  2. Include a description of the reason for your return and clear photographs of the item
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
  4. You will receive an email from us regardless of whether your request is approved or declined
  5. If approved, we will provide return instructions
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days

Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Return shipping

  • A flat return shipping fee of AUD 10 applies and will be deducted from your refund when processed
  • Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, return shipping will be covered by Aura de Maison
  • We recommend using a trackable postal service — items remain your responsibility until received by us
  • Please include your order number inside the parcel
