Full price items purchased on auramaison.com.au can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn or damaged
- The item is in its original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation email or order number)
- The item is not a Final Sale item

Sale items can be returned within 21 days of the delivery date for an exchange only (no refund), provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn or damaged
- The item is in its original condition with tags attached
Faulty items
If an item you received has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with a description and clear photographs of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Aura de Maison.
How to lodge a return
- Email us at aurademaison.support@gmail.com with the subject line: Return request – [Order number]
- Include a description of the reason for your return and clear photographs of the item
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
- You will receive an email from us regardless of whether your request is approved or declined
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days
Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from our team. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
Return shipping
- A flat return shipping fee of AUD 10 applies and will be deducted from your refund when processed
- Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, return shipping will be covered by Aura de Maison
- We recommend using a trackable postal service — items remain your responsibility until received by us
- Please include your order number inside the parcel
