Placing an order

When you complete checkout on auramaison.com.au, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided. Please note that this email acknowledges receipt of your request — it does not constitute formal acceptance of your order.

Your order is only confirmed once Aura de Maison sends a shipping confirmation email with dispatch and tracking details.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as supported digital payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. Our checkout is secured by a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway to keep your information safe.

Modifying or cancelling an order

You may request a modification or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet moved into processing or packing.

To cancel, email us at aurademaison.support@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept or redirect it.

If a cancellation is successful, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Stock availability

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly by email to discuss an alternative or arrange a full refund.

Pricing and promotions

All prices on our website are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Aura de Maison reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the price confirmed at the time of payment.

Discount codes are single-use and must be applied before completing checkout. We are unable to apply promotional codes retrospectively to completed orders.
